I made a wrong product return to Currentbody in May and after I discovered my mistake, I asked for a return of it and paid for the shipping. And I have been chasing currentbody weekly for the return of my product, they said they know it has been delivered to their warehouse ages before but yet they still can’t find it for some mysterious reason. Now it has been more than 4 months and I still haven’t got my product back. The pathetic excuse they gave was they had to open all the parcels manually but as I said, it has been more than 4 months already and I just can’t imagine what took so long to open the parcel. I am supposed to send the defaulted product back to lookfantastic to get a replacement but with the delay and holding up by currentbody, the warranty of my product with lookfantastic has expired just last month. The whole thing has been a nightmare and really stressed me out.
I will never purchase from currentbody again and warn anyone who wishes to do so at your own cost.

The customer service I experienced is absolutely shocking. As a loyal customer to Current Body for many years and having bought several products - my first issues I have ever brought forward to Current Body were dismissed. Katy J showed no empathy to the fact that I was having no success with the device I had purchased and she steered the conversation to a dead end with no resolution for me. Genuine care and willingness to help is non-existent.

Love CurrentBody. Have bought several things from them knowing that I’m getting a good product. Customer service and shipping are both really good as well.

I purchased my panasonic xr10 3 weeks ago and have used it following the instructions from the day it arrived as I was so excited and it’s fantastic I haven’t mentioned to anyone that I’m using it but I’ve had comments on how bright my skin looks and how much fresher I look there is a definite difference to the appearance of my jowls as I took pictures at the beginning so I could compare even my partner commented and he notices nothing I’m so glad I bought this item as I was dubious at first as it’s a bit pricey if it doesn’t work but current body’s price is the cheapest as I checked every site first so if any one is thinking of purchasing a Panasonic xr10 facial device I can definitely recommend

I have made several orders from Currentbody. Each order was delivered intact, on-time and as described on the website. However, my issue with Currentbody is the website. On ordering the website tells me free shipping, but in the payment page shipping is added. This means I pay more when I shouldn't have to. Currentbody needs to rectify this shipping issue.

I’ve only been using my mask for a few weeks but already see an improvement in my skin. I now am also able to get on with other tasks whilst it’s on too. It works best with a serum for me.

So far, so good. I have the face led mask for about a month. Great improvement with my rosacea using the mask and nightly cream together. Took a minute to figure out how to turn on since it’s a bit different from the décolleté and neck mask.
Figured it out and it’s working well.

My mask was delivered with speed, I was kept up to date and delighted to receive it so early. Within days I also received an email offering help with any questions I had regarding use of my mask. That’s excellent service and customer care.

Arrived quickly and really straight forward to use. Only constructive feedback is that the usb is a little bit loose in the socket of the power bank and can fall out on the one I own. Skin is looking much more glowy after 4 weeks usage and I feel like I am getting less spots.
